1. Do You Charge To Conduct An Investigation ?

No. This is a free service we provide in order to help people figure out what is happening in their home and/or place
of business.



2. How Do I Contact You To Investigate My Home or Place Of Business ?
There are a number of ways for you to contact us. You can call us at (702)527-1134 any time. If we do not answer,
leave a message and someone will get back to you right away. You could also go to our "
Contact Us" section of the website and fill out the form. You may also send a message to our main e-mail at info@prn-lv.com. Lastly, you
may go to our
Bio's
section of the website and click on which team member you would like to communicate with.
Our personal e-mails will be listed there.




3. How Long Will It Take For Someone To Be In Contact With Me After I
Request An Investigation ??

Please allow up to 24 hours for a team member to be in contact with you. If you are in need of our assistance  immediately, please let us know at the time you contact us. Someone will then try to get back to you A.S.A.P.

 

4. What Happens After I Send An Investigation Request To The Team??
Our case manager will be in contact with you to set up an initial interview. At that time, you will discuss with them
what is happening. If they feel an investigation is necessary, we will then schedule a day & time for us to investigate
your home and/or place of business.




5. How Many Of Your Team Members Will Be Present During The Investigation??
It depends on your personal preference and how large the location is. It will be at least 2, maybe more of us
conducting the investigation. If you prefer a certain number of us to attend the investigation, let our case manager
know at the initial interview. Please know that sometimes, not all of our team members can attend an investigation
due to personal obligations.




6. Does Your Team Conduct Seances Or Use Ouija Boards??
No. We will never conduct seances or use ouija boards. We believe that doing so could be very dangerous for not
only our team members, but for you as well. Therefore, please don't ask us to participate if you plan on doing a
seance or using a ouija board.




7. Do I Need To Be Present While Your Team Conducts the Investigation??
No. You do not need to be present. If you would like to be, that is perfectly fine and sometimes it is encouraged for
you to participate in the investigation. Sometimes homeowners/business owners feel more comfortable being
present, and sometimes they do not want to be present. Either way, our team is very professional and careful.
We will respect any boundaries you set.


8. There Are Certain Areas Of My Home or PlaceOf Business I Don't Want
Anyone To Go To.

Our team always respects any boundaries you put up. Rest assure that if there are places you do not want us to go
to during our investigation, we will not go into that particular area. Please mention which areas you do not want us
to investigate to our case manager during the initial interview process.


 

9. How Long Will The Investigation Last ?
Usually, we will start an investigation in between 8pm and 9pm, and go until about 2am or 3am. Depending on the
size of the location, we could end our investigation earlier or later than those times.




10. How Will I Know If Anything Was Found??
After the investigation, we will review our evidence (Usually takes between 2-3 weeks), and get back to you with
any findings. Anything of interest will be put onto a flash drive and given to you for your own personal review.
We would be more than happy to go over the evidence with you if you request for us to do so.




11. Is It Possible That The Activity Could Heighten After The Investigation??
Yes, it is very possible for the activity to heighten.



12. I Want My Home or Place Of Business Cleansed. Could Your Team Do
That For Me??

No, we do not do any type of cleansing. If you really feel you need to do a cleansing, we could try to help you find  someone to do so.

 

(Please be advised that a cleansing does not guarantee the activity will subside,
in fact it could get worse.

13. If Needed, Could I Have Your Team Perform A Second
Investigation Of My Home or Place Of Business??

Of Course! Anytime you need us, we will help you in any way we can, even if we need to investigate again.

14. What Does Your Team Do With The Evidence That Is Collected From
An Investigation??

We will post any evidence from an investigation on our website, social media, etc. and may use that evidence for promotional purposes. We will never share the names, addresses, phone number of any individual from a
residential investigation unless we are given permission from you the client. As for commercial investigations,
we will share the name of the business on our website, social media, etc. unless you do not want us to
share that information.




15. Who Owns The Evidence Collected From An Investigation??
You the client, and Paranormal Researchers of Nevada own any evidence collected during an investigation.
We will post any finding on our website, social media, etc. and will edit out anything that may identify you the
client if requested.




16. Will You Ever Fake Evidence??
We will never fake evidence. If we do not find anything, we will let you know. If something is found, it will be
100% authentic.
